Fabricos ships to customers throughout the European Union (EU). If you would like delivery outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and shipping costs.

Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday), excluding public holidays.
-Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
-During peak seasons, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

-Parcel dimensions

Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before payment. We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. These promotions are subject to specific terms and minimum order values.
Tracking your order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing:

Tracking information may take several hours to become active after dispatch.

Delivery delays
While we strive to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

Fabricos is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers once an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect shipping information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:
-Delivery may be delayed.
-Additional shipping charges may apply.
-Orders returned to us due to an incorrect address may require payment of new shipping costs before reshipment.
Please contact us immediately if you notice an error in your shipping address after placing an order.
Failed deliveries
If delivery cannot be completed because:
-No one is available to receive the parcel,
-The parcel is not collected from a designated pickup point, or
-The delivery address is incorrect,
the parcel may be returned to Fabricos. Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
Damaged or missing items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your parcel arrives damaged or if any items are missing, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
-Your order number
-A description of the issue
-Clear photographs of the damaged parcel and products (if applicable)
We will investigate the matter and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.
Lost shipments
If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment. Replacement products or refunds will be provided where appropriate and in accordance with applicable law.
Partial shipments
In some cases, orders may be shipped in multiple packages. You will be notified if your order is dispatched in separate shipments. No additional shipping charges will apply for split shipments initiated by Fabricos.
Business orders (B2B)
Business orders may require additional processing time depending on:
-Order quantity
-Product availability
-Custom or bulk orders
For large or wholesale orders, delivery schedules will be agreed upon before dispatch where applicable.
Customs & duties
For deliveries within the European Union, customs duties generally do not apply. If orders are shipped outside the EU, the customer may be responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, import charges, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country.
