LEGAL INFORMATION
Last updated: 7 October 2026
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of www.fabricos.eu and purchases made from Fabricos. By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory rights that apply to you.
Company Information

Chamber of Commerce (KVK): 42092186

Definitions
Consumer (B2C): A natural person purchasing products for purposes outside their trade, business, craft or profession.
Business Customer (B2B): A company, organisation or individual purchasing products for business or professional purposes.
Customer: Refers to a consumer or business customer, as applicable.
Custom Product: A product manufactured, personalised or adapted according to customer-specific measurements, designs, colours, branding, materials or other specifications.
Website: The Fabricos website available at www.fabricos.eu.
Applicability
These Terms apply to quotations, orders, purchases and deliveries made through or agreed with Fabricos.
A quotation, order confirmation or separate written agreement may contain additional terms for wholesale, private-label, customised or other business orders.
Different or additional conditions proposed by a customer apply only if Fabricos has agreed to them in writing.
If any provision of these Terms conflicts with mandatory consumer law, the applicable mandatory legal provision will prevail.
Products
Fabricos offers a growing range of fashion leatherwear, outerwear, biker-style apparel, sportswear, performance apparel, footwear, accessories and related products.
Depending on availability, the range may include leather jackets, biker jackets, leather biker vests, leather pants, leather coats, motorcycle-inspired apparel, sportswear, boxing and martial-arts apparel, footwear and accessories.
Product descriptions, materials, colours, dimensions, specifications and images are presented as accurately as reasonably possible.
Slight differences may occur because of screen settings, photography, lighting, materials and reasonable manufacturing tolerances. This does not affect your rights when a product materially differs from its description or agreed specifications.
Leather and Material Characteristics
Product materials are described on the relevant product page or otherwise communicated as part of the order.
Where a product is made from natural leather, variations in grain, texture, shade, softness, natural markings and surface appearance may occur because of the natural characteristics of the material.
Natural leather may also develop normal creasing, softening and changes in appearance through handling and wear. Reasonable natural characteristics and variations do not automatically constitute a defect.
Product colours may appear slightly different depending on photography, lighting and the screen or device used to view the Website.
These provisions do not affect your rights where a product is defective, materially different from its description or does not conform to agreed specifications.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. After placing an online order, you will normally receive an order confirmation by email.
Fabricos may decline or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including:
- Product unavailability;
- An obvious pricing or product-information error;
- Suspected fraud or unauthorised activity;
- Payment failure or refusal of payment authorisation;
- Inability to fulfil an agreed custom specification; or
- Compliance with applicable legal requirements.
If Fabricos cancels a paid order, the applicable amount will be refunded using the original payment method unless another method is agreed.
Prices
Prices displayed on the Website include VAT where required by law, unless clearly stated otherwise.
For eligible business customers, VAT may be handled under an applicable exemption, zero-rating or reverse-charge mechanism in accordance with applicable tax rules.
Applicable shipping costs and other charges will be displayed during checkout or communicated in the relevant quotation or order confirmation.
Fabricos may change prices at any time. Price changes will not normally affect orders already accepted and confirmed, subject to applicable law and the correction of obvious errors.
Wholesale, bulk, private-label and customised products may be individually priced by quotation.
Payment
Payment may be made using the methods offered during checkout or through an invoice or secure payment method provided by Fabricos.
Retail orders will normally be processed after successful payment authorisation unless another arrangement has been agreed.
Wholesale, customised, private-label or made-to-measure orders may require an advance payment or another payment schedule specified in the quotation or order confirmation.
Fabricos may suspend or cancel an order if payment cannot be authorised or completed in accordance with the agreed payment terms.
Shipping and Delivery
Fabricos delivers throughout the European Union and may deliver to other destinations where delivery has been made available or separately agreed.
Standard products are processed and delivered according to the estimated timeframes stated in our Shipping & Delivery Policy or otherwise communicated during the order process.
Selected biker leather jackets and other leatherwear products may require approximately 2 weeks for processing and delivery.
This approximately 2-week timeframe is an estimate and does not apply to wholesale, bulk, customised, private-label or made-to-measure orders.
For wholesale, bulk and custom-production orders, the estimated production and delivery timeframe will be provided with the quotation or otherwise agreed before the order is confirmed.
Delivery estimates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed delivery dates unless a specific deadline has been expressly agreed.
Delivery may be affected by courier delays, customs procedures, material or production delays, public holidays, transport disruption, force majeure or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Mandatory legal rights concerning delayed or failed delivery remain unaffected.
Transfer of risk:
- For consumers, risk transfers when the consumer or a person designated by the consumer receives the products, subject to applicable law.
- For business customers, risk transfer may be determined by the quotation, delivery terms or other written agreement.
Customised and Made-to-Measure Orders
Selected Fabricos products may be available with custom sizing, made-to-measure production, branding, personalisation or other customer-specific specifications.
Available customisation options depend on the product and project and may include measurements, colours, materials, logos, names, numbers, patches, labels, packaging or other agreed specifications.
Customers are responsible for checking and approving measurements, spelling, logos, artwork, colours, specifications and other customer-supplied information before production where approval is requested.
If measurements or specifications supplied or approved by the customer are incorrect, Fabricos may not be responsible for the resulting fit or specification to the extent that the issue was caused by that incorrect information.
This does not affect the customer's rights where Fabricos has made an error or the finished product does not conform to the measurements or specifications that Fabricos agreed to produce.
Changes to Custom Orders
Requests to change or cancel a customised, personalised, made-to-measure or private-label order should be submitted as soon as possible.
Changes may not be possible after materials have been ordered or cut, artwork or designs have been approved, personalisation has started or production has otherwise begun.
Where a requested change is possible, additional costs or production time may apply. Fabricos will communicate applicable changes before proceeding where reasonably possible.
Consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers should inspect their order within a reasonable time after delivery.
Visible damage, missing items or incorrect products should be reported promptly to info@fabricos.eu.
When reporting a problem, we may request the order number, photographs, video or other information reasonably necessary to assess the issue.
Prompt reporting helps us investigate the delivery and provide an appropriate solution. This does not limit a consumer's mandatory statutory rights.
Right of Withdrawal — Consumers Only
Consumers generally have the right to withdraw from an eligible online purchase within 14 calendar days without providing a reason.
The withdrawal period generally begins on the day the consumer, or a person designated by the consumer, receives the products.
To exercise this right, contact info@fabricos.eu before the withdrawal period expires.
Returned products should:
- Not have been used beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect their nature, characteristics and fit;
- Be returned complete;
- Include original labels and packaging where reasonably possible; and
- Include supplied parts and accessories.
A consumer may be responsible for diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the product.
The customer is responsible for direct return shipping costs for a change-of-mind withdrawal unless Fabricos agrees otherwise or applicable law requires Fabricos to bear those costs.
Original standard delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law.
Exclusions From Withdrawal
Subject to applicable law, the statutory right of withdrawal may not apply to products made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, including:
- Products made according to customer-specific measurements;
- Made-to-measure garments;
- Products personalised with customer-specific names, numbers, logos or wording;
- Products manufactured or clearly adapted to customer-specific specifications; and
- Other products expressly excluded from withdrawal under applicable law.
This may include made-to-measure leather jackets, biker jackets, biker vests, leather pants and other garments produced specifically according to customer-approved measurements or specifications.
Where applicable, sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons may also lose the right of withdrawal after the seal has been broken.
These exceptions do not affect rights where a product is defective, damaged or does not conform to the agreed specifications.
Returns and Refunds
Contact Fabricos before returning a product so that we can provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.
Returns sent without prior notification may experience processing delays.
Standard leatherwear may be carefully tried on to establish its size, fit and characteristics in the same way that would normally be permitted in a physical shop.
Products showing handling or use beyond what is reasonably necessary for inspection may be subject to a reduction in value where permitted by law.
Approved refunds will normally be issued using the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed.
Refunds will be processed within the period required by applicable law. A bank or payment provider may require additional time to credit the amount after Fabricos processes the refund.
Further information is available in our Returns & Refunds Policy.
Warranty and Product Conformity
Consumers receive the statutory guarantee and conformity rights provided under applicable Dutch and European consumer law.
Products must correspond with their description and provide the quality and performance a consumer may reasonably expect, considering factors such as their nature, price, description, expected lifespan and intended use.
Where a product is defective or does not conform to the contract, remedies may include repair, replacement, price reduction or refund as provided by applicable law.
Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care, accidental damage and unauthorised alterations are not normally considered product defects where they caused the problem.
Business warranty arrangements may be governed by the relevant quotation, order confirmation, contract or other agreed terms.
Product Care and Use
Customers should follow any care instructions, labels or product information supplied with the product.
Leather and other materials may be affected by excessive moisture, heat, prolonged sunlight, unsuitable cleaning products, chemicals, improper storage or other inappropriate care.
Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow reasonable care instructions is not normally considered a manufacturing defect where that misuse or improper care caused the damage.
This does not affect statutory rights concerning defects or non-conformity that were not caused by the customer's use or care of the product.
Motorcycle and Protective Products
Some Fabricos products may use biker, motorcycle or racing-inspired styling. A product should not be assumed to be certified protective equipment solely because of its appearance, styling or product category.
Where a product is sold as protective equipment, customers should follow the product information, instructions, intended use and any applicable safety guidance supplied with that product.
Protective clothing and equipment may reduce certain risks but cannot eliminate the possibility of injury.
Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
Wholesale and Business Customers (B2B)
Business purchases are governed by these Terms together with applicable commercial law and any quotation, contract, invoice or order confirmation agreed between the parties.
Unless otherwise agreed or required by law:
- Business orders become binding following acceptance in accordance with the agreed order process;
- Business customers do not benefit from the statutory consumer right of withdrawal;
- The payment terms stated in the quotation, invoice or order confirmation apply;
- Production and delivery schedules may be agreed individually;
- Custom, private-label and wholesale orders may be subject to project-specific specifications and conditions; and
- Warranty, delivery, returns and liability arrangements may differ from those applicable to consumer purchases.
The approximately 2-week delivery guidance applicable to selected retail leatherwear does not apply to wholesale or bulk orders. Estimated production and delivery timing for those orders will be provided with the quotation or otherwise agreed before order confirmation.
Customer Artwork, Logos and Branding
Where a customer supplies a logo, design, photograph, artwork, trademark, wording or other material for customisation or private-label production, the customer is responsible for ensuring that they have the necessary rights or permission to use that material.
Fabricos may decline material that appears unlawful or that may infringe third-party rights.
The customer remains responsible for customer-supplied content and specifications to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Intellectual Property
Content on the Website may be owned by Fabricos, licensed to Fabricos or used with permission from the relevant rights holder, including:
- Logos and brand elements;
- Images and photographs;
- Product descriptions;
- Graphics and illustrations;
- Written content;
- Product artwork and designs; and
- Website designs and layouts.
Content may not be copied, reproduced, modified, published or commercially distributed without the necessary permission, except where permitted by law.
Website Use
Users agree not to:
- Use the Website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website;
- Upload or distribute malicious software;
- Interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
- Misrepresent their identity or authority; or
- Use the Website in a way that infringes the rights of Fabricos or another person.
Fabricos may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the Website, customers or legal rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Fabricos will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.
For business customers, this may include losses such as:
- Loss of profits;
- Business interruption;
- Loss of business opportunity; or
- Loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
Nothing in this section limits a consumer's mandatory rights concerning defective products, product safety, personal injury or other liability that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Events Beyond Our Reasonable Control
Subject to mandatory legal rights, performance may be delayed or affected by circumstances beyond Fabricos' reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters and extreme weather;
- War, terrorism or civil unrest;
- Government restrictions;
- Transport or supply-chain disruption;
- Material or manufacturing disruption;
- Public-health emergencies;
- Power failures; and
- Major internet or communication outages.
Fabricos will take reasonable steps to minimise the effect of such circumstances and resume performance where reasonably possible.
Mandatory consumer rights relating to delayed or failed performance remain unaffected.
Privacy and Cookies
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law.
The Website may use cookies and similar technologies for necessary functions and, where applicable and permitted, preferences, analytics and advertising.
Further information is available through our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and applicable cookie-preference tools.
Complaints
If you have a complaint about an order, product or our service, please contact:
Email: info@fabricos.eu
Please include your order number, a clear description of the complaint and any relevant photographs or documents.
We aim to review complaints within a reasonable period and work towards an appropriate resolution.
Consumers may also have access to an applicable Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanism.
Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
For consumer contracts, mandatory consumer-protection laws applicable in the consumer's country of residence remain unaffected where those laws apply.
Disputes will be submitted to a legally competent court in accordance with applicable jurisdiction rules. Nothing in these Terms removes a consumer's right to bring proceedings before a court that has jurisdiction under mandatory law.
Changes to These Terms
Fabricos may update these Terms to reflect changes in our business, Website, products, services or applicable legal requirements.
The version applicable when an order is placed generally applies to that purchase unless a later change is required by mandatory law or expressly agreed with the customer.
