If vector artwork is unavailable, send your best available file. We will review it and advise whether any preparation or conversion is required before production.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to use all submitted logos, names, designs and other protected materials.

Depending on the product and project, Fabricos may provide a digital mock-up, pre-production sample or physical sample for approval.

Sample costs, shipping charges and lead times will be stated separately where applicable.

Customers should carefully review colours, dimensions, placement, spelling, quantities and all other specifications before providing approval.

Production generally begins after the required approval has been received. Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs or delays and may not always be possible.
