Our quality requirements may vary according to the type of product, its intended use and the specifications confirmed for the order.

Before products are offered for sale, we carry out appropriate quality checks. Depending on the product, these checks may include:

• Material quality and workmanship;
• Product appearance and finish;
• Stitching and construction, where applicable;
• Size and specification accuracy;
• Product functionality; and
• Packaging condition.

Where applicable, products are also checked for visible defects, damage or inconsistencies before dispatch.

For larger production orders, an appropriate sampling method may be used instead of inspecting every characteristic of every individual unit.

We carefully select suppliers and manufacturing partners based on their ability to provide products that meet our quality expectations.

Relevant considerations may include their product experience, manufacturing capabilities, material selection, workmanship, reliability, communication and ability to follow confirmed specifications.

Customised, personalised and made-to-measure products are produced according to the specifications confirmed for each order.

Depending on the product, we may review:

• Colours and materials;
• Logo, name and number placement;
• Printing or embroidery;
• Labels, tags and packaging;
• Construction and finishing; and
• Comparison with an approved design or sample.

Customers should carefully check measurements, artwork, spelling, colours, quantities and other specifications before approving a custom order.

This may result in improvements to product specifications, materials, manufacturing instructions, inspection requirements, packaging or supplier selection.

Every enquiry is reviewed to help us understand the concern, provide an appropriate response and improve our products and services where necessary.

When contacting us about a product, please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photographs or a short video where relevant.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• Your full name and order number;
• The name and size of the affected product;
• A clear description of the issue;
• Photographs or a short video showing the problem; and
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label if the parcel arrived damaged.

We will assess your request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy, Warranty Policy and applicable European and Dutch consumer law.

Please do not wash, alter, repair or continue using a potentially unsafe product unless Fabricos instructs you otherwise.
