ORDER INFORMATION

Last updated: 3 July 2026

Thank you for shopping with Fabricos. This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how we process, ship and deliver orders placed through www.fabricos.eu.

European delivery: Fabricos delivers throughout the European Union. Contact us before ordering if you require delivery outside the EU.
Shipping locations

Fabricos ships to customers throughout the European Union.

If you would like delivery outside the EU, please contact us before placing your order so that we can confirm whether delivery is available and provide the applicable shipping costs.

Order processing

Orders are processed on business days, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.
  • Processing may take slightly longer during peak seasons, promotions or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information where tracking is available.

Custom, personalised, made-to-measure, bulk and pre-order products may have longer processing or production periods. Where applicable, an estimated schedule will be provided separately.

Estimated delivery times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are shown below:

Destination Estimated delivery
Netherlands 3–4 business days
Belgium 4–5 business days
Germany 4–5 business days
France 4–5 business days
Other EU countries 5–6 business days

These delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless a specific delivery date has been expressly agreed.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on:

  • The delivery destination;
  • Order weight;
  • Parcel dimensions; and
  • The selected shipping method.

Applicable shipping charges will be displayed before you complete payment.

Fabricos may offer free-shipping promotions from time to time. Promotions may be subject to specific conditions, destinations, promotional periods and minimum order values.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will normally receive an email containing:

  • Shipping confirmation;
  • A tracking number, where available; and
  • A link to the courier’s tracking page.

Tracking information may take several hours to become active after the parcel has been dispatched.

If the tracking link does not update after a reasonable time, please contact us with your order number.

Delivery partners

Fabricos works with established postal and courier services to provide delivery throughout Europe.

The courier used for an order may vary according to the destination, parcel size, product type and shipping method selected.

Delivery delays

We aim to meet the estimated delivery times, but delays may occur because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather;
  • Customs inspections, where applicable;
  • Public holidays;
  • Transport disruptions;
  • High seasonal demand; and
  • Postal or courier delays.

Fabricos cannot guarantee carrier delivery times. However, we will provide reasonable assistance if your shipment is significantly delayed.

Nothing in this section limits your mandatory legal rights concerning delayed or failed delivery.

Incorrect shipping information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed;
  • Additional shipping or address-correction charges may apply; and
  • An order returned to Fabricos may require payment of new shipping costs before it can be sent again.

Contact info@fabricos.eu immediately if you notice an error after placing your order.

We will try to correct the address, but changes may not be possible after the parcel has been processed or dispatched.

Failed or uncollected deliveries

A parcel may be returned to Fabricos if:

  • No one is available to receive the parcel;
  • The parcel is not collected from a designated collection point within the courier’s collection period;
  • The delivery address is incorrect or incomplete; or
  • The recipient refuses delivery.

Additional shipping costs may apply if the customer asks for the parcel to be sent again.

Refusing or failing to collect a parcel does not automatically constitute a valid cancellation. Consumers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal should clearly notify Fabricos.

Damaged or missing items

Please inspect your order as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

If the parcel arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us preferably within 48 hours and include:

  • Your order number;
  • A description of the issue;
  • Clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected products; and
  • A photograph of the shipping label.

Prompt notification helps us investigate the issue with the courier. The requested 48-hour reporting period does not limit your mandatory rights concerning defective, damaged, incomplete or incorrect products.

Please retain the product and its packaging until we provide further instructions.

Lost shipments

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number and tracking information.

We will work with the carrier to investigate the shipment. Carrier investigations may require several business days to complete.

Where a shipment is confirmed as lost, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided in accordance with applicable law.

Partial shipments

In some cases, an order may be dispatched in more than one parcel. You will be notified if your order is divided into separate shipments.

Different parcels may arrive on different days and may have separate tracking numbers.

No additional shipping charge will apply when Fabricos initiates a split shipment.

Business orders (B2B)

Business orders may require additional processing or delivery time depending on:

  • Order quantity;
  • Product availability;
  • Customisation requirements;
  • Production schedules; and
  • Whether the order is a bulk or wholesale purchase.

Where applicable, the delivery schedule for a large, custom or wholesale order will be agreed before dispatch.

Customs and import charges

Customs duties generally do not apply to products shipped between destinations within the European Union.

When Fabricos agrees to ship an order outside the EU, the recipient may be responsible for customs duties, import VAT, clearance fees and other charges imposed by the destination country, unless Fabricos expressly confirms that these costs are included.

Customs requirements and charges vary by country. Customers should consult the relevant customs authority before ordering if they require further information.
