These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the website www.fabricos.eu and all purchases made through the Website. By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

Definitions
Consumer (B2C): A natural person purchasing products for personal use.
Business Customer (B2B): Any company, organisation or individual purchasing products for business purposes.
Customer: Refers to both consumers and business customers.
Applicability
These Terms apply to every quotation, order, purchase and delivery made through Fabricos.
Different conditions proposed by the customer shall only apply if agreed to in writing.
Products
Fabricos offers sportswear, sporting goods, accessories, footwear and related products.
Product descriptions, colours, dimensions and images are presented as accurately as possible.
Due to differences in screen settings and manufacturing tolerances, slight variations may occur.
Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance. After placing an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. Fabricos reserves the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
-Product availability
-Pricing errors
-Suspected fraud
-Payment issues
-Compliance with applicable laws
Prices
All prices displayed on the Website include VAT where required by law unless otherwise stated. Business customers purchasing under a valid VAT exemption or reverse-charge mechanism may have VAT handled according to applicable EU tax regulations. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment. Fabricos reserves the right to modify prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment
Payments may be made using the payment methods offered during checkout, or invoices or payment links sent via email. Orders will only be processed after successful payment authorization. Fabricos reserves the right to suspend or cancel orders if payment cannot be completed.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver throughout the European Union. Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only. Delivery delays caused by couriers, customs, force majeure or other unforeseen circumstances shall not automatically entitle the customer to compensation.
Risk transfers:
-Consumers: upon delivery.
-Business customers: upon shipment unless otherwise agreed.
Inspection upon delivery
Customers should inspect their order upon receipt. Any visible damage or missing items should be reported within a reasonable period after delivery. Claims submitted long after delivery may not be accepted where legally permitted.
Right of withdrawal (consumers only)
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without providing any reason. The withdrawal period starts from the day the consumer received the goods. To exercise this right, customers should contact: info@fabricos.eu
Returned items must:
-Be unused
-Be in original condition
-Include original packaging where possible
-Include all accessories
Refunds will be processed after inspection of the returned products. Original delivery costs will be refunded where required by applicable consumer law. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Exclusions from withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
-Custom-made products
-Personalized products
-Sealed goods opened after delivery where hygiene protection applies
-Products specifically excluded under EU consumer legislation
Returns
Returns must be authorised before being sent. Returns sent without prior notification may experience delays. Products showing excessive wear, damage or misuse may not qualify for a refund.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
Warranty
Consumers receive the statutory warranty provided under applicable EU and Dutch consumer legislation. Business customers receive warranties as agreed in writing or provided by the manufacturer. Normal wear and tear, misuse, improper care or accidental damage are not covered.
Business Customers (B2B)
Business purchases are governed by these Terms together with applicable commercial law.
Unless otherwise agreed:
-Orders are binding after confirmation.
-Business customers do not benefit from the consumer right of withdrawal.
-Payment terms, warranties and liability may differ from consumer purchases.
Intellectual Property
All content on this Website, including:

-Product descriptions
-Graphics
-Text
-Designs
remains the property of Fabricos or its licensors. No content may be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.
Website use
Users agree not to:
-Use the Website unlawfully.
-Attempt unauthorized access.

-Interfere with Website functionality.
-Misrepresent identity.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fabricos shall not be liable for:

Force majeure

Fabricos reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The version published on the Website at the time of purchase applies to that purchase.
