Fabricos Return & Exchange Policy

At Fabricos, we want you to love your sportswear. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to offer returns and exchanges under the following conditions.

Returns

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

-Be unused, unworn, and unwashed.

-Have all original tags attached.

-Be in their original packaging.

-Be free from stains, odors, damage, or alterations.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

-Gift cards

-Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)

-Customized or personalized products

-Items damaged due to misuse or improper care

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for eligible items, subject to stock availability.

If your preferred size or color is unavailable, you may choose a refund.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will replace the item or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

-Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

-Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Return Shipping

-Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.

-We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Fabricos cannot be responsible for lost return packages.
