Customised, personalised and made-to-measure products are produced according to the specifications confirmed for each order.

Customers should carefully check measurements, artwork, spelling, colours, quantities, materials and other specifications before approving a custom order.

Wholesale and bulk orders may involve different production, inspection and packaging requirements depending on the product, quantity and agreed specifications.

Product specifications, customisation requirements, quantities and other relevant details should be confirmed before production. Where appropriate, an approved sample or design may be used as a reference for larger production orders.

Production and delivery timeframes for wholesale and bulk orders are provided separately with the quotation and depend on the products, quantities and order requirements.

When contacting us about a product, please include your order number, a clear description of the issue and photographs or a short video where relevant.

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, incomplete or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.

Please provide:

• The name and size of the affected product;
• A clear description of the issue;
• Photographs or a short video showing the problem; and
• Photographs of the packaging and shipping label if the parcel arrived damaged.

We will assess your request and provide an appropriate solution in accordance with our Returns and Refunds Policy, Warranty Policy and applicable European and Dutch consumer law.

Please do not wash, alter, repair or continue using a potentially unsafe product unless Fabricos instructs you otherwise.
