Our custom-production process is designed to make the requirements clear before manufacturing begins:

1. Share your requirements: Tell us about the product, quantity, colours, sizes, materials, artwork, branding and required delivery destination.
2. Project review: We review your requirements and may request additional information, measurements, reference images, specifications or artwork files.
3. Quotation: We prepare a quotation based on the confirmed project requirements. The quotation will include the applicable pricing and estimated production and delivery timeframe.
4. Design and sampling: Where applicable, a digital mock-up or physical sample may be prepared for review.
5. Approval: You confirm the design, materials, specifications, quantities, sizes, branding and other relevant details before production.
6. Production: Manufacturing begins after the necessary approvals and receipt of any required advance payment.
7. Quality review: The order may be reviewed against the confirmed specifications at appropriate stages of production.
8. Packing and delivery: The completed products are packed and shipped according to the agreed arrangements.

Production and delivery times vary according to the product, quantity, complexity, materials, sample requirements and approval schedule. The estimated timeframe for wholesale and custom production is provided with the quotation.

To help reproduce your branding accurately, please provide the highest-quality artwork available.

Preferred file formats include:

• AI;
• EPS;
• SVG;
• PDF; or
• High-resolution PNG with a transparent background.

If vector artwork is unavailable, send your best available file. We will review it and advise whether any preparation or conversion may be required before production.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have permission to use all submitted logos, names, artwork, designs, trademarks and other protected materials.

Depending on the product and project, a digital mock-up, pre-production sample or physical sample may be available for review before larger-scale production.

Sample costs, shipping charges and estimated lead times will be stated separately where applicable.

Customers should carefully review materials, colours, measurements, dimensions, logo placement, spelling, labels, quantities and all other specifications before providing approval.

Production generally begins after the required approval has been received. Changes requested after approval may result in additional costs or delays and may not always be possible.

Custom sizing or made-to-measure production may be available for selected products, including eligible leatherwear.

Customers must provide accurate measurements using the measurement instructions supplied by Fabricos. Where necessary, we may request additional measurements before production.

The customer is responsible for checking the submitted measurements carefully. Once a made-to-measure product has entered production, changes may no longer be possible.

Minimum order quantities vary according to the product, customisation method, materials and manufacturing process.

Some eligible personalised or made-to-measure products may be available individually, while private-label, wholesale and larger custom-production projects may require minimum quantities.

Fabricos accepts enquiries for wholesale and bulk custom orders from retailers, brands, organisations and other business customers.

Wholesale pricing, minimum quantities, sample requirements, production arrangements and delivery schedules depend on the products and specifications requested.

The approximately 2-week delivery guidance that may apply to selected retail leatherwear products does not apply to wholesale, bulk or custom-production orders.

The estimated production and delivery timeframe for a wholesale or bulk order will be provided with the quotation before the order is confirmed.
