Yes. Selected products can be customised with your preferred colours, measurements, logos, names, numbers and design details. Available options depend on the product and order quantity.

Yes. We can produce branded apparel for sports clubs, gyms, teams, companies and organisations. Please provide a clear logo file, preferably in AI, EPS, SVG or high-resolution PNG format.

Minimum order quantities vary depending on the product. Some personalised items can be ordered individually, while wholesale, teamwear and fully customised production may require a minimum quantity. Please contact us for the exact requirement.

For made-to-measure products, you can submit your measurements using the measurement form on our website. Measurements should be taken carefully using a flexible measuring tape, preferably with assistance from another person.

Check the size guide on the relevant product page and compare it with your body measurements. If you are between two sizes or need help choosing, please contact us before ordering.

Yes. For eligible custom orders, we provide a digital design or visual mock-up for approval before production begins. Production starts after the design and order details have been confirmed.

Production time depends on the product, quantity and level of customisation. For wholesale, bulk and custom-production orders, the estimated production and delivery timeframe will be provided with your quotation before the order is confirmed.

For biker leather jackets and other leatherwear products, please allow approximately 2 weeks for delivery. Delivery times may vary depending on the product, destination and order requirements. The 2-week delivery timeframe does not apply to wholesale or bulk orders. For wholesale and bulk orders, the estimated production and delivery timeframe will be provided with your quotation before the order is confirmed.

We deliver within the Netherlands and to selected international destinations. Available shipping methods, delivery estimates and charges are shown during checkout or provided with your quotation.

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number or tracking link after your parcel has been dispatched.

Available payment methods are displayed securely during checkout. For custom, wholesale or business orders, payment instructions will be stated in the quotation or invoice.

Custom orders may require an advance payment before materials are ordered or production begins. The payment schedule and remaining balance will be stated in your quotation or order confirmation.

Contact us immediately if you need to request a change or cancellation. Once the design has been approved, materials have been ordered or production has started, changes or cancellation may no longer be possible.

Personalised and made-to-measure products normally cannot be returned because of a change of mind. This does not affect your legal rights if a product is defective, damaged or does not match the confirmed order.
